Code of Conduct
GSTU Global Affairs Council (GSTUGAC) is dedicated to providing a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative environment for all members and participants. Whether online or in person, we expect everyone to uphold the following standards:
1. Core Principles
- Respect & Inclusion: Treat everyone with dignity, regardless of gender, religion, race, ethnicity, or background. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or discrimination.
- Integrity: Represent GSTUGAC and Gopalganj Science and Technology University with honesty and professional ethics in all advocacy and diplomatic activities.
- Constructive Dialogue: Engage in discussions with the intent to learn and solve problems. Critique ideas, not individuals.
2. Expected Behavior
- Use welcoming and inclusive language.
- Respect the privacy of fellow members and do not share confidential council information without permission.
- Acknowledge and respect the diversity of opinions when discussing global affairs and human rights.
3. Prohibited Behavior
- The use of hate speech, threats, or insulting language.
- Spamming or sharing unauthorized promotional content on our platforms.
- Any form of cyber-bullying or online harassment.
4. Reporting & Enforcement
If you witness or experience behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, please report it immediately to our executive team.

Violations may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent removal from the council and its platforms.
